I was late for training today! Due to the stupid bus and traffic jam!
However, when i reached there, they have not started.
did some stretching, den run. We are suppose to run for 15 mintues. Any rounds also can, as long as 15 minutes. However, we only did 3 rounds! LOL. i think we ran too slow.
After running was, jumping the grandstand? Is it spelt like that? HAHA. My first time doing it. Initially before doing it, i thought it was difficult, but i find i okay.. Not as hard as i thought.

ohya, while saving a ball, gina hit the ball out of the school. And the ball went down the hill and out to the road. She and some girls quickly run out to get it back. Meanwhile, a guy happened to walk by. Trying our luck, Janice shouted for him. Den he heard her. So janice and i shout to him to ask him to help us take the ball for us, which is on the road. haha, after awhile, rachel appear. and she took the ball from him. LOL. I think the guy might think that janice and i are IDIOTS shouting there. LOL.

School starts at 1pm tmr, but but but, i have to go for tuition tmr morning!
